Unfortunately your comment about ticket sales may well prove to be correct - such a shame if that is the case.

A brief chat with Patrick Hawes before the Norwich concert elicited some concern on his behalf about numbers that were likely to attend that night. He suspected probably less than 100, I hope there were more but he did seem a bit concerned.

We did mention other venues that we thought would be good for Laura to perform at, eg the Elgar Room at the RAH or Union Chapel perhaps.

Let's hope Peterborough goes ahead, look forward to seeing you there

Sad to see so many cancellations. I presume that most artists, especially newer stars like Laura, are struggling to get big enough audiences. Seems like big well-known stars can sell large venues even when charging silly prices but support is not so good for those earlier in their career unless they are very lucky.
Decided to book for Peterborough so hopefully will see a few people from here at that show.

Am still hoping to be there on Sat night but have been trying to shake off a cold all week and if I can't lose this annoying cough then I will probably give the show a miss as I would hate to wreck the show for Laura and the audience with this regular annoying cough.....here's hoping the medicine takes effect in the next day or so
