I thought you might John. Let's hope that Laura sings more than one song but I doubt it (although I got it wrong with Hayley at the Vera Lynn concert). Unlike the Vera Lynn concert, tickets seem to be selling well even the £150+ ones. At least you will get to see Escala's Stephanie Benedetti whom I have not seen since the days of Raven. Note the irony here in that Escala were signed by Simon Cowell in 2008 after Escala reached the final of BGT and, allegedly, it was Simon who ended Raven's career after the "Natalie" BGT incident in 2013! Steph joined them in 2015 and plays the viola, not the violin. Martin

You were not wrong this time, Martin Laura sang one song - Jerusalem. Her voice was wonderful, but I couldn't quite get to grips with the timing.

With so many performers that was expected. Regarding timing then that is a surprise since Laura sings JERUSALEM all the time! 😯 Perhaps there hadn't been sufficient rehearsal time with the orchestra.
How was Margaret Keys?

Laura sang to a backing track, so that wasn't the issue. I am not saying she got it wrong, just that it didn't fit my perception of how it ought to be. I suppose that is an inherent danger of new arrangements to well known tunes. Margaret was lovely. She sang a medley of Vera Lynn songs, reminiscent of the last time I was at The Palladium Escala played two numbers - first a Bond theme (Live and Let Die?) then Palladio (appropriate for the venue).
