An evening of excellent music from the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra.

Laura's solo in the first half was the theme from Cinema Paradiso






In the second half, she sang 'I could have danced all night'



after which we all sang Happy Birthday to Laura.



Laura and Jonathan joined together for the Brindisi.



For the second time this year, I heard Laura's brilliant rendition of Rule Britannia, although I have to say that Jonathan outdid her for costume in 'Land of Hope and Glory'.



I happened upon Laura in the interval, with time for a brief chat while she was waiting for her family to appear. Sadly, I had not realised it was her birthday at that time.
