Hi Folks,
Just a quick report on Laura's appearance at The Barbican Hall last month as Lee's guest.
In the first half Laura sang Santa Baby and then performed Falling Slowly as a duet with Lee.After singing Angels in the second half Laura received prolonged applause before her final solo Send in the Clowns. Lee then joined her for another duet, Baby it's cold outside.
For the finale Laura came back for Rocking around the Christmas Tree and Daydream Believer with full participation from the audience.
After the concert Laura kindly signed my programme and I met her parents together with her brother Seamus.I was pleased also to meet up with Steve and Kathryn,her mangers whom I of couse knew from the time they managed Hayley.Steve informed me of the recording of the new album and that Laura would be Russell Watson's special guest on his June Tour.
I will next be seeing Laura with Alfie Boe in Swindon on 18th January.
