Thank you for your excellent photo's John! We were sent out the other way and saw the fireworks from the other side. Still quite spectacular over the Palace, I wish I had taken photographs now.

Hope you did not get too wet during the concert. To be honest, I hardly noticed the rain. Maybe I was in a sheltered corner. It was only when I looked back and saw the rain in the spotlight beam that I realized how hard it must be coming down. |

Many thanks to Dazza and John for your excellent reports and pictures. As you have both said it was an eventful evening for all the wrong reasons but the concert was well worth waiting for.
